Breezewater has been trusted on two occasions to replace the ageing Marley 600 series double sided cross flow towers. In 2014 the replacement of the Marley tower No. 2 and in 2011 Marley tower No.1
The design of this tower was someone complicated as the large footprint of the original two (2) cell crossflow towers required two smaller sets of mechanicals to control the overall height of the tower.
This tower is one of the last timber towers Breezewater constructed as the industry started to accept the FRP pultruded form of structure in Australia.
